Baby Lachlan Lewis Keane passed away unexpectedly on the 7th August, 2019. He was the loved and cherished son of Jade and Peter, adored brother of Logan.
A Service to Celebrate Lachlan’s life will be held on Sunday 18th August, 2019 at the Victorian Police Academy, 1 View Mount Road, Glen Waverley commencing at 2pm.
Donations to Heart Kids would be appreciated and envelopes will be available at the service.
