Daniel George Faulkner passed away peacefully on the 11th April, 2018 at Monash Hospital, Clayton, aged 94 years.
Daniel was the loved husband of Georgina. Loved father of Danny. Adored and cherished pop of Jodi and Brooke.
Now resting in peace.
Daniel’s family will remember and honour his life in a private ceremony at a later date.
