Fook-Ngean Phan passed away peacefully on the 25th April, 2018 aged 90 years.

A Service to celebrate the long and well lived life of Fook-Ngean will be held at 10.15am on Wednesday 2nd May, 2018 at The Joyce Chapel, Fawkner Memorial Park, 187 Sydney Rd, Fawkner.
