A Memorial Service to celebrate the life of Justin Francis Costelloe will be held at Encore St Kilda, 10 /18 Jacka Boulevard, St Kilda at 3pm on Friday 22nd June, 2018.
In lieu of flowers family would appreciate donations to “Rare Cancers Australia”, envelopes will be available at the service.
