Jacob was the very much loved Son of Craig and Elena.
Cherished and much loved Brother of Matthew.
Treasured Grandson of John and Joan, Sue and Steve (dec)
Beautiful and much loved friend of so many.
Gone too soon, he will forever be loved, remembered and missed.
A Funeral Service to Honour, Remember and Celebrate Jacob’s lifewill be held on Monday 2nd November 2026 at the St Andrew’s Anglican Church, Cnr. New and Church Street, Brighton commencing at 11am.
