Passed away peacefully on 23 August 2026 at the age of 90, with family by his side.
Charles was the loved and loving Husband of Ellie (dec).
Loved Father of Donna and Mark.
Father-in-law of Jason and Lisa.
Cherished Grandpa to Tiffany, Jay, Wes and Zoe.
Loved Brother to Mary, Furta (Dec), Jane, Tony (dec) and Sylvia.
Loved Friend to many and a one-eyed Bulldog man!
A Requiem Mass for the Repose of the Soul of the late Charles Cantania
will be held at St Leo’s Catholic Church, 389 Mason Street, Altona North
on Friday 4th September 2026 commencing at 11.30am.
A Burial will follow the service in the grounds of the Altona Memorial Park, 14 Doherty’s Road,
Altona North at 1.15pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Western Bulldogs Community Foundation would be appreciated in his memory.
