Died peacefully on 17th July 2026, surrounded by his family.
Beloved Husband of Janet.
Loved Father of Kylie, Ben and Laura, Father-in-law of Tim and Simon.
Loved Grandpa of Blaise, Thomas, Charlie, Maggie and Tilda.
A wonderful friend to many.
A man who enjoyed his family, his friends, his golf and his football team – Richmond.

A Service to Honour and Celebrate the life of Robert Brenton Smith “Bob”,
will be held on Thursday 23rd July, 2026 at Studley Grounds Receptions,
121 Studley Park Road, Kew commencing at 2pm.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to Bob’s favourite charities:

– Batten Disease support and research foundation.
