Beautiful baby Jude passed away peacefully aged six months on the 3rd January, 2021 at The Royal Children’s Hospital.
He was the very much loved and loving son of Adam and Shannon and cherished little brother of Xavier.
A Service to Honour and Celebrate his tiny life will be held at the Geelong Memorial Park Chapel, 42-110 Burvilles Rd, Mount Duneed on Thursday 11th February, 2021 commencing at 11am.
We want Baby Jude to be surrounded with flowers during his farewell ceremony. Please bring some handpicked flowers from your garden to place with him as you say your final farewells and provide love and support to his family.
